Our editorial standards, how we choose and weigh sources, how often we review pages, our use of AI, and how we handle corrections.
Every page is written from published sources, listed at the foot of the page. Peer-reviewed papers and trial registries take precedence over company statements, which are labelled as such. Where sources disagree, both figures are given.
Pages are written in plain UK English, with technical terms explained on first use. Each page is checked against its sources before publication and again when a trial reports, a regulator acts or a significant new source appears.
